Workshops

Workshops that will change your perspective, trajectory, and life.

Or your money back. Seriously.

Harness the brilliance, creativity, and authenticity in the room through workshops that put your team at the center of the experience.

In Their Own Words

People who did the work.

Real experiences. Real results. One common thread.

Phoebe Ha Executive in Transition
“I truly appreciate Suneet. It’s not just a kind of leadership or support. It’s almost like whatever you said, he can immediately just pick up and also dig like 3,000 feet deeper than you.”
Amber Independent Consultant
“I have a far better understanding of knowing what are my cards? What’s the hand I’m being dealt, and how do I want to manage what’s coming next?”
The Difference

The room is the curriculum.

Research Backed

Every workshop is anchored in relevant research with an objective slant, not a framework bias. Informed without being dogmatic.

Experience Focused

Focused on the work being done by the people in the room, not the words being delivered by the person on the stage.

Story Powered

Walk away with clear takeaways that matter to you. And the clarity to articulate the impact of the session you just attended.

Partnership approach
The Approach

In partnership, not in front of.

Share your constraints: budget, timing, organizational truths. Share your priorities: outcomes, motivations, organizational imperatives. We’ll work together and assemble the right set of themes and exercises so you have clarity on the workshop before it kicks off, and confidence around the outcomes you’ll achieve.

Workshops are transformational when you have the right partner working alongside you within the constraints you are bound by.

The Library

15 themes. Robust and modular.

Pick a theme that resonates: Happiness and Confidence. Strengths and Values. Plateaus and Unstuck. Motivations and Behaviors. All 15 themes have a rich curriculum and experience set around them. Pick what’s most relevant for your organizational context.

1

Negativity Bias

You are hardwired to prioritize the negative as it’s the shiniest object in a world of distractions. Understanding how this shapes your thoughts is key to overcoming lifelong conditioning.

2

Origin

You can’t measure or celebrate progress if you don’t know where you started. When you define your starting point, you gain a clear reference for reflection, accountability, and growth.

3

Happiness

You fuel success with happiness, not the other way around. A happier you is more resilient and better equipped to navigate obstacles. Since we’re terrible at predicting future happiness, we’ll focus on what has historically made you happy.

4

Strengths

You are built on strengths, not defined by weaknesses. Showing up as your best self means leaning into what you do well while ensuring weaknesses don’t hold you back.

5

Values

You define your values in chaos, when emotions run high and pressure is intense. Yet, while we name our Values, we rarely explain them. Bringing your values to life helps you understand, integrate, and live them authentically.

6

Dreams

You rise or fall to the expectations you set. As you grow older, you call lowered expectations ‘practical,’ but in reality, you’re capping how far you can go. Being deliberate about your dreams reignites your journey.

7

Behaviors

Your behaviors are your motivations after the influence of cognitive biases. The problem is not when our behaviors differ from our motivations, it’s when we’re surprised by the difference.

8

Limit(ation)s

You have both limits and limitations. Limits are imposed beliefs. Challenge them. Limitations are real constraints. Reframe them. Limits must be tested constantly, while limitations must be understood and adapted to.

9

Plateaus

You see the world differently when you reframe being stuck as being on a plateau. No two plateaus are the same. Learning to recognize their role helps you reframe any moment where progress seems stalled.

10

Footholds

You climb by planting your feet wisely. Sometimes you move up, sideways, or down to find a better path forward. Securing the right footholds matters most.

11

Flow

You achieve flow when you know yourself and focus on what’s possible. Flow is the opposite of anxiety. If Anxiety = Fear + Uncertainty, then Flow = Confidence + Clarity.

12

Articulation

You speak to be heard. Start with the end and intention in mind. Articulation is as much about the ability to vocalize a message as it is about the ability to bend, curve, and reposition its arc.

13

Growth

You can turn moments of adversity into moments of opportunity. Post-Traumatic Growth is where you generate a new appreciation for life, a new sense of connection, and a new level of strength. Because of what you faced, not avoided.

14

Compassion

You wouldn’t expect others to carry your burdens, so why carry theirs. Over-reliance on empathy alone fuels anxiety and burnout. Compassion, defined as Empathy + Action, is a healthier way forward.

15

Purpose

The foundation beneath everything else. Purpose is not something you chase blindly. It’s something you arrive at deliberately, through self-awareness, experimentation, and iteration.
